District Students Join Together to Keep Kids Warm
The Pendleton High School Leadership Class recently teamed up with the district’s elementary schools for the annual Coats for Kids program. The students collected nearly 1,000 lightly used coats to donate to the Salvation Army for distribution locally. The coat drive was
from October 4 th through 15 th .
Superintendent Chris Fritsch thanked the high school students and PHS Leadership Advisor Stu Clem for “all their efforts in giving back to our community.”
For 20 years, the Leadership Class at Pendleton High School has participated in the Coats for Kids program.
