Kiersten Murphy, 4th Grade Teacher at Sherwood Elementary

Kiersten was born and raised in Pendleton, moved to La Grande for college, and returned after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from EOU. She is currently working on her master of education in elementary education from Grand Canyon University. Last year, she taught fourth grade for the Morrow County School District. Kiersten likes to spend time outdoors with her friends and family. As for being a part of PSD, she said, “I am excited to be working with a great group of people in the community that I grew up in.”
