Krysten Horn, a 1st Grade Teacher at Sherwood Elementary

Krysten was born and grew up in Pendleton. After earning her associate of arts degree at BMCC, she attended EOU and earned her bachelor of science in elementary education. This is her first teaching job. She worked for the past two years as a Title I Assistant in the Hermiston School District but is thrilled to work for PSD.  “I LOVE this town and this district! I have a passion for the community I grew up in and I am so excited to work in a district that works so hard to put students first.” She loves to spend time with her family, read and paint.
