Sydney Cave, Grade 1 Teacher, Sherwood Elementary School

After completing her student teaching at Sherwood last spring, we were fortunate to be able to hire Sydney full-time this year.  Sydney grew up in this area and while student teaching she realized that, “I could not imagine being part of any other district.  It is truly such an honor to work alongside so many of the people who taught me!”  She earned her Bachelors’ degree from Western Governors University and is currently working on her Masters’ in Curriculum and Instruction.  Sydney enjoys time with her daughter, camping, and trips to The Yogurt Shoppe.
